Summer’s been busy for us here at fynk so I thought of sharing some of the new features and updates to our product with you.

Dynamic Pricing Tables

This long-awaited feature is coming soon.

 

You’ll be able to insert pricing tables into your documents with a simple drag and drop.

 

If you’re already using one of fynk’s CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce), this is made for you.

 

Add product or service details, quantities, costs, currencies and all the necessary fields to make your purchase orders, sales contracts or proposals as complete as they need to be.

You will find the pricing tables among the other drag and drop elements that seamlessly allow you to insert items like signature blocks, dates, parties and much more, to your documents.

 

Just locate them on the right-hand side menu when editing an imported document or a template.

Zapier Use Cases

With our new Zapier integration, you can now connect fynk to over 7,000 tools and build automations that reduce manual work and keep your team in sync!

Here are a few ways you can use fynk x Zapier to work smarter, not harder:

 

❖ Automatically create a contract in fynk whenever a deal is marked as “Closed-Won” in your CRM

 

❖ Trigger employment contract creation when someone accepts a job offer via your HR tool

 

❖ Notify legal, sales, or finance via Slack or email when a document is signed

 

❖ Enrich contracts with data from spreadsheets, forms, or databases

 

Log signature activity directly into your internal tracking system

 

❖ Sync contract stages with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
